Seller Agreement

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must submit a seller application (business name, description, phone, business / pickup location, profile image, and delivery capabilities). We do not currently require government ID upload for standard onboarding, but we may request additional information for safety or compliance.
• You may list products only after admin approval and after accepting this Agreement in the Rebu Mall app (where required).
• Rebu Mall may approve, reject, suspend, or remove sellers at its discretion for quality, safety, fraud, or policy reasons.

• List only legal products. Illegal items under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania are forbidden. Human drugs and medicines are not allowed.
• List high-quality products. Heavily used or poor-quality items are discouraged and may be removed.
• Provide accurate descriptions (size, color, condition, and other material details), honest pricing in TZS, and clear images.
• Keep stock updated; remove or mark out-of-stock products promptly.
• State your return / after-sales policy clearly in listings where applicable.

• Confirm or reject orders promptly with accurate stock status.
• Communicate with buyers through Rebu Mall channels. Do not move buyers off-platform to avoid fees or to circumvent protections.
• Deliver on time according to the selected delivery method (your own delivery, Bolt, late / platform delivery, or free student delivery where applicable).
• Provide after-sales support for legitimate buyer issues related to your products.
• If you cannot fulfill with your own delivery, use platform fallback options only as offered in the product and pay any seller-side delivery costs shown.

• Rebu Mall charges a platform commission of 6% of the product price on each successful sale. Commission is not applied to delivery fees.
• For mobile-payment orders, funds may be held until successful delivery; payouts are released according to platform settlement rules after commission.
• For COD orders, you may collect cash as instructed by the flow; commission remains payable / recorded for platform settlement.
• Failure to comply with delivery marking, escrow, or payout rules may delay payouts or lead to suspension.

• If you connect Instagram, you authorize Rebu Mall to obtain and store an encrypted access token and basic profile identifiers, read post metadata to link posts to products, receive comment / message events, and send public replies and Direct Messages with product and checkout information on your behalf.
• You must own or be authorized to manage the connected Instagram Business / Creator account and comply with Meta's terms.
• You may disconnect Instagram in the Rebu Mall app. You should also revoke access in Instagram Accounts Center for a complete Apps and websites reset.
• Do not use Social Commerce features to spam, harass, or mislead buyers.

You will receive buyer contact and delivery details solely to fulfill orders. You must not sell, misuse, or use that data for unrelated marketing. Our Privacy Policy explains how Rebu Mall processes seller and buyer data, including Instagram data.

Violations may result in listing removal, withheld payouts, account suspension or termination, and reporting to authorities where required. Rebu Mall may update this Agreement; continued selling after updates constitutes acceptance.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
