As a buyer on Rebu Mall, you agree to:

• Make payment for orders in accordance with listed prices
• Communicate respectfully with sellers
• Review product descriptions and seller policies before purchasing
• Contact sellers directly for order-specific issues and disputes
• Leave honest and fair reviews based on your experience

As a seller on Rebu Mall, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product descriptions and images
• List products at fair and honest prices in TZS
• Fulfill orders promptly according to your stated delivery times
• Maintain adequate inventory for listed products
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
• Honor your stated return and refund policies
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not sell prohibited, counterfeit, or illegal items

You may not:

• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Sell counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items
• Engage in fraudulent activities or payment schemes
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
• Create fake accounts or impersonate others
• Manipulate reviews or ratings
• Attempt to circumvent platform fees or payment systems
• Use automated systems to scrape or collect data from the platform
• Interfere with the operation or security of the platform

All prices on Rebu Mall are listed in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS). Payment processing is handled securely by our trusted payment providers.

Sellers agree to pay applicable platform fees and commissions as communicated during the seller registration process.

Buyers are responsible for all applicable taxes and delivery fees associated with their orders.

The Rebu Mall platform, including its design, logo, and content, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by Rebu Mall.

Sellers retain ownership of their product listings but grant Rebu Mall a license to display and promote their content on the platform.

Users may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform content without explicit permission.

Rebu Mall acts as a marketplace connecting buyers and sellers. We are not directly responsible for:

• The quality, safety, or legality of products listed
• The accuracy of seller listings or product descriptions
• The ability of sellers to complete transactions
• The ability of buyers to pay for products
• Disputes between buyers and sellers

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid in fees to Rebu Mall in the past 12 months.

In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, we encourage direct communication to reach an amicable resolution.
